Hi, I’m Kamaria Gooding, but feel free to call me Kam! I’m a highly organized and efficiency-driven professional with a passion for managing operations and streamlining processes. As a deputy director for canvassing operations across eight cities in the U.S., I’ve had the privilege of leading teams, coordinating efforts, and driving results that make a real difference.
My journey has been anything but conventional—I've worn many hats along the way, including earning my degree from Spelman College, working as an infant teacher, a social media fellow, and even serving as a youth counselor at a Harvard University summer camp. Every role has taught me something new, and I love that my career reflects my adaptability and continuous personal and professional growth.
Outside of work, I’m all about creating systems that help me stay balanced and productive. Stability is important to me, and I enjoy bringing that same sense of structure to everything I do—whether it's building workflows or mentoring others. I’m known for my attention to detail, and I always strive for excellence in everything I put my hands to.
